JOB SUMMARY: Project manager provides project support to project owners and end users on a variety of issues. This person is responsible for the project implementation during the design, budgeting, pilot, and full roll-out phases. This person is the main contact for I.T. team and is responsible for negotiating, publishing, and managing the integration timeline with all departments. He or she will report to an I.T. team supervisor and/or I.T. manager. This is a full time position that requires excellent project management, organization, communication, and presentation skills.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education & Training:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent in a technical discipline, or equivalent work experience
  • PMP or Six Sigma certification preferred
  • MCSA, MOS, or A+, certificationcertifications preferred

      Experience:

  • Minimum of one year hardware and software support experience in a fast paced, changing environment
  • Minimum of two years hands on project management experience
  • Experience with various Microsoft Windows Operating Systems (Win7, XP, and Server platforms)
  • Application support experience with Active Directory and Exchange administration
  • Experience working as top level escalation for desktop support
  • Familiarity with trouble ticket process and escalation of problems Installation and support experience with Windows and other Microsoft operating systems and applications, such as MS Office suite, MS Outlook
  • Experienced in installing, and troubleshooting computer hardware and software
